Grades
I was a borderline C student in high school (the Southern D-C border not Northern C-B border). That was fine for me. "C is average" I would tell myself. In reality C is practically failing in high school. I guess HS teachers don't understand how to grade on a curve but apparently it is not uncommon for a HS graduating class to have 50% of the students above A- average. According to the one statistic I found the average HS graduating GPA in 2000 was 2.94 (B average). C is not average C is an idiot or in my case someone that just doesn't care.
Luckily my personal worth improved in college as I became a A student thanks to many math and science classes that outweighed the other subjects. Again this turned out to be meaningless as an A in a college science class means that you completed all work satisfactorily... most people got As in upper division physics classes.
So, am I an A person or a C person? After all, we know that a persons value in the world is dictated solely by their GPA. I was beginning to fear that I would never know. That was until I found this site. Now I have discovered that I am a
