I was a borderline C student in high school (the Southern D-C border not Northern C-B border). That was fine for me. “C is average” I would tell myself. In reality C is practically failing in high school. I guess HS teachers don’t understand how to grade on a curve but apparently it is not uncommon for a HS [...]
