- CSS Menu Tutorial – Horizontal and Vertical CSS Menus – Think you need JavaScript to have a drop down menu? Well you don’t. You can do it with some simple standard CSS and the :hover pseudo class. Only one catch. It wont work on IE. Luckily some computer genius has figured out how to get IE to recognize the :hover class. [via Google Search]
